Local to to the West Coast of Southern California and nutritionally equivalent to walnuts…this native tree produces a fatty nut that when prepared, resembles a dark chocolate coffee. It contains a stimulant similar to coffee, so be cautious to not consume more that you would with regular coffee.

Also know as Oxalis….this dye creates a rich yellow. Lower the ph with baking soda and the dye turns bright orange. It’s astonishing to see the color change.

Bay leaves are a great flavor addition for soups, beans, sauces etc that adds a subtle herbal flavor and deepens other flavors added.
Comes in whole leaf or powdered. If you enjoy the flavor of Bay, we recommend powered, it releases a deeper flavor. Be sure to test amounts first as to not overpower.
